Here’s a clue that Capitol Hill is taking it easy before the holiday weekend.

As a parting gift before he officially leaves on Friday, top GOP strategist Karl Rove’s Jaguar was delivered wrapped in cellophane & post-it notes this morning.

The culprits? Rove’s aides.

To complete the job, they also stuck two stuffed eagles to the trunk and —-  slapped on an “I Love Obama” sticker.

hohoho, sure Rove loved that little detail.
