Diddy made the pick of a five member male group live on the season finale of “Making The Band 4″ on Sunday.

Now I must say I watched making the band sporadically this season, but the two biggest surprises for the finale was an appearance by “Making The Band 3″ alums Danity Kane. The group was rumored to have broken up, but Diddy brought them out insisting that they would be going back into the studio to record a new album as well as a Making The Band tour featuring both groups.

Diddy also announced that Donnie, the lone white guy, would get a solo deal with Bad Boy. The after show revealed that he was voted the favorite “Making The Band” member online.

Lets recap the show: The Band has been chosen, Danity Kane has not broken up, and Donnie gets a solo deal. Will Diddy make good on his promises? If you remember before dissolving Da Band from “Making The Band 2″ Diddy promised Babs and Ness that they would become hip-hop’s Bonnie and Clyde. Unfortunately, that has yet to come to pass.
